Managing DirectorProfessor of Finance and Advisor to the Vice President of King Saud University. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Financial Advisory Board at the University of Rhode Island in the United States. He has made several scientific contributions in the field of finance, including stock markets and portfolio construction using quantitative financial mathematics, as well as developing optimal strategies for hedge funds. Ameen wasfiy Al Saadi
He has over 12 years of experience in the financial sector, particularly in investment and investment banking. He has held several leadership positions, including Head of Investment Banking Services at Al Rajhi Capital. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Coventry University in the United Kingdom, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Applied Science University in Jordan. Additionally, he is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
Bilal Muhammad Raghib
A financial and administrative specialist with over 16 years of experience in financial and banking operations. He has held several leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Arab Capital and Director of Shared Services at Al Rajhi Capital. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration specialized in Finance from King Saud University.
Faris Bin Abdulrahman AL Faris
He has extensive experience spanning 18 years in asset management and investments. He has held several leadership positions, including Asset Management Director at Al Rajhi Capital and Funds Manager at Saudi Investment Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Prince Sultan University.
Saud Badr Al-Rashoud
He has extensive experience in asset management and real estate funds. He has held several leadership positions, notably as Asset Management Director at Tanmiah Capital and as Director of Real Estate Funds at Bloom Investments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Imam University.
Dr. Faisal Mohamed Alwallan
He has over 20 years of experience in both legal and financial fields. He has held various positions, including working in the Sharia Group at Al Rajhi Investment Banking, and working at the Capital Market Authority in the Securities Disputes Resolution Committee. He holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Jurisprudence from King Saud University, a master’s degree in Corporate Law from Nottingham Trent University, and a bachelor’s degree in Sharia Law from Imam University.
Naif Abdulaziz Al Degaither
He has held several positions, including Deputy Head of the Capital Market Authority's (CMA) Strategic and International Affairs, Vice Chairman of the Financial Market Institutions Committee, and Vice Chairman of the Financial Technology Committee "Fintech Saudi Arabia." With over 23 years of experience in strategic affairs in the financial sector, he holds a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Finance from Prince Sultan University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from King Saud University.
Megren Saud Alkulaibi
He has over 15 years of experience in the financial markets, holding several leadership positions in major investment companies. He worked at Samba Capital and served as Director of Asset Management at Al Rajhi Capital, where he held various positions including Asset Management Director and Head of Equity Funds. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Miami.
LATIFA Abdulrahman AL-HUDAIB
She has over 17 years of experience in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs. She has held several leadership positions, most notably as the Chief Executive Officer of Asnad Financial Company. She holds a master’s degree in finance from Dublin City University in the United Kingdom and a global master’s degree in Sports Management and Legal Skills from ISDE Barcelona.

Head of Asset Management – Acting Chief Executive Officer – Acting Head of AdvisoryHe holds the position of Head of Asset Management at WinVeston Capital Company, and has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, in local and regional financial markets, and a proven track record in asset and wealth management. He held several leadership positions, including Director of Equity Management at Al Rajhi Capital, Head of Asset Management at Al Arabi Capital (ANB), and Head of Asset Management at Yaqeen Capital. He also serves as a member of the advisory committee at the University of Business and Technology in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA in Finance and International Business, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University, and holds several global investment management certifications.
